Mixing machine maintenance procedures

I. safety regulations

1. The protective cover of the transmission chain of the mixer shall be intact to prevent personal injury accidents when people touch the working chain.

2. The fastening bolts of the motor base shall be inspected regularly and the foundation shall be sufficiently rigid to prevent the chain from jumping or falling off due to loose foundation and causing transmission failure.

3. During the inspection, repair and maintenance of the machine, the power supply must be cut off and the indicator board must be hung.

4. It is strictly prohibited to put hands or other tools into the machine during operation.

5, only after the machine completely stopped, the machine can be cleaned, checked.

6. Cables and wires shall have protective sleeves.


Ii. Maintenance procedures

1. During the operation, check whether the compressed air pipeline leaks at least once per shift, and discharge the water in the oil-water separation triple connection once.

2. Check once a week whether the unloading door is leaking, whether the sealing strip is damaged, and whether the unloading connecting rod mechanism is at the dead point when closing the door.

3. Clean the remaining materials attached to the inner wall of the buffer bucket once a week.

4. Clean the transmission chain and sprocket with diesel oil once a month, and refresh the oil for the chain sprocket.

5. Clean the nozzle once a month, and clean the remaining adherent materials on the inner wall and cover plate of the mixer.

6. Determine the variation coefficient of mixer outlet and finished product packaging port once a month, and the product with the shortest mixing time shall be selected for the determination of variation coefficient.


Three, maintenance procedures

Minor repair

Minor repair of mixing machine shall be carried out every six months, including the following contents

1. Check whether the wire connection in the motor junction box is loose.

2. Clean up residual materials attached to the inner wall of mixing machine and buffer bucket.

3. Clean up oil and water separation triple connection to ensure smooth air passage.

4. Check the wear of pin shafts at hinged points of the unloading connecting rod mechanism, replace the pin shafts with severe wear, and ensure the reliability and stability of the connecting rod mechanism.

5. Replace the sealing strip of unloading door, check the reliability of switch threshold travel and adjust its position to ensure the sealing of unloading door.

6. Check the tightness of the transmission chain and the fastening condition of the motor seat; adjust the chain tensioning wheel or the motor base to keep the chain in proper tightness.

7. Replace reducer grease.


To repair

The intermediate repair of mixer shall be carried out once a year, including the following contents

1. Minor repair of all contents.

2. Clean up the rotor wear and the clearance between the rotor and the object, repair or replace the worn screw belt or blade, and adjust the clearance between the rotor and the shell to the allowable range (about 5mm).

3. Clean the main bearing and bearing seat, check their wear, replace them if necessary, and add lubricating oil to the bearing.

4. Check the wear condition of the cylinder and replace the parts with severe wear.

5. Check the compressed air pipeline, especially the aging of the rubber hose, and replace it if necessary.

6. Dismantle and wash the reducer, check the wear of each part, replace the worn parts when necessary, and add grease to the reducer.

7, check the transmission chain and sprocket wear, if necessary to replace.

8. Check the wear of the motor bearing, and add grease to the motor bearing.
