Working principle

The machine is composed of a top spray system,a bottom spray system,an air treatment system,a  heating system,a control system,an exhaust dust removal system and the like.The top spray is a granulation drying function,and the bottom spray is a coating function.The above functions are all realized on the same boiling granulator,and the user can select the functional requirements  according to the actual production process.

Top spray principle:

After purified and heated,the air is distributed through the iowei part of the fluid bed dryer through the air blower,so that the material powder particles or wet granules under boiling and fluidizing status in the raw material container,After the granules are preheated by the purified and heated air and mixed,their moisture is evaporated.This process will be carried out continuously and repetitively to form ideal and even dry granules.

Bottom spray coating principle:

When the fluidized bed is coated,the purified air process through the air distribution plate of the material silo,causing the material to be fluidized in the raw material container while atomizing the coating liquid into the package,wrapped on the surtace of the material,Dry to the required process requirements
